Today, I'm, sharing photographs from my trip to The Getty. This place is amazing! It has a breathtaking view of L.A. You could even see all the way out to Long Beach! The landscape and architecture is absolutely gorgeous. Unfortunately, the garden area was closed the day that Tony and I went so I was only able to take some photographs from up above.
As soon as Tony and I arrived, we joined the Architecture Tour so we could get a little more insight on the gorgeous buildings and landscaping. Afterwards, we made our way inside. We visited the Photography Exhibition first, where I was too afraid to take any photos! After we made it past that part, I realized that it was okay to take photos. So I did. What I didn't do was write down the names of the artists and titles of the pieces. Sorry about that one!

We made our way though each of the exhibitions. Obviously, my favorite one was the photography exhibition. The whole trip was super inspiring. Looking back at these photographs makes me want to go back and revisit this place! I've really got to make photography more of a priority in my life. I feel a photo project in the works!

Deletewow that scenery is incredible!! the fall leaves are amazing as is the whole landscaping. what a shame you couldn't get into the garden, but glad you got some from above. looks like a really interesting museum too, apparently inspired my aunt to make an above ground patio onto her house, which lets her see the ocean : )
