On Christmas Eve, we paid a visit to the Phoenix Zoo. My bother and sister in law were visiting from Brazil and they really wanted to check it out. It cost $20 for adults and $10 for children to get in, which I thought was a bit much. It was fun to see all the different animals, but I don't really see us forking out the cash to go back anytime soon. We really wanted to go check out the sting ray exhibit, but it cost more money to get in that part! I was kind of disappointed with my trip to the zoo. I took a lot of photographs while we were there, but I'm just sharing a few of my favorites with you.
The only thing separating us from the cheetahs was this small pond. It was pretty amazing to see them so close. 
The male turkeys were competing for the female's attention. Look at them! It's pretty amazing.
Of course I couldn't leave without photographing a cute little owl!
Have you been to the Phoenix Zoo? What was your favorite exhibit? I love the monkeys. I could watch them for hours!

DeleteAw it looks like you guys had some fun though. I love how close you got to the tiger! Your Zoo's pricing is the same mine (toronto) I think it's a fair price. Unless there weren't that many animals to see? :/

DeleteThe cheetah and giraffe exhibit look amazing, the San Diego zoo and Wild Animal Park are definitely way more expensive, but are most likely worth the drive from Phoenix

This is prob a weird comment but i LOVE your pictures of the rhino, lion and turkeys! they are so vivid and look so close. that def is pricey, I've gotten really lucky whenever I've been the past few years to get in for free w/ friends w/ memberships but def worth it to go over once in a while, looks fun w/ the family!
