My first day in L.A. was spent thrifting and visiting a couple of vintage shops. The first stop was to American Vintage. This place is huge! They have both men and women's clothing (and some children clothing as well). Their prices were pretty reasonable, too!

I found a few things in the outerwear section, but it took me forever to decide which to get! I love them all!
Hooded Poncho, $25
Red&Black/Blue&Black Reversible Cape, $25
Aztec Sweater, $30
I decided on the aztec sweater! I love it and wear it all the time. I'll only get another month or two to wear it, since I live in Phoenix and it doesn't stay cold for very long. This sweater will definitely be in an outfit post soon!
Earlier this week, I received a package in the mail from Tony...guess what it was? The hooded cape!!! :D Thank you, friend!
I have more adventures from L. A. to share with you all soon! Have a nice weekend.

Oh wow, that store looks like a dream!! I always seem to find the tiniest vintage stores with really ridiculous prices.
ReplyDeleteOoh this looks amazing! I wish I could visit!

That store looks absolutely amazing! I wish we had vintage stores of that size in the UK (although it is probably good for my wallet that we don't) xo

American Vintage is the best! Were you at the one on Melrose? They have a few locations and I always have good look there. All of these pieces are amazing, I especially love the Aztec sweater! So glad you were able to get that and that your friend surprised you with the poncho!
